Dues Schedule
Dues are based on Gross Operating Income. Please use your school’s Gross Operating Income from 2024/25.“Gross Operating Income” is defined as the sum of Net Tuition Revenue (Gross Tuition Revenue less Financial Aid and Remission), Annual Fund (do not include Capital Campaign proceeds), Other Programs, Auxiliary Services, Investment Income from Operations, and any other Income used for Operating purposes.
Each Membership Level includes:
- Bundle of up to 15 members
- Subscription period: 1 year, renewing on August 1st

| Gross Operating Income $5,000,001 to $10,000,000 | $1,300.00 |
| Gross Operating Income $10,000,001 to $15,000,000 | $1,730.00 |
| Gross Operating Income $15,000,001 - $20,000,000 | $2,110.00 |
| Gross Operating Income $20,000,001 -$30,000,000 | $2,490.00 |
| Gross Operating Income $30,000,001 or More | $2,870.00 |
| HR Certification Institute’s® (www.HRCI.org) official seal confirms that Cal-ISBOA meets the criteria for pre-approved recertification credit(s) for any of HRCI’s eight credentials, including SPHR® and PHR®. |
| Cal-ISBOA is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities. |
